采用琼脂稀释法测定了常用溶剂(N N－二甲基甲酰胺,丙酮,二甲亚砜及其混合溶剂)对7种真菌菌丝生长的影响程度.结果表明丙酮、二甲基亚砜和丙酮(体积比1∶1)混合溶剂的影响最低,同一种真菌对不同溶剂的敏感度表现出较大差异,同一种溶剂对不同真菌菌丝生长的影响基本一致.
The degree of influence of common solvents (NN-dimethylformamide, acetone, dimethylsulfoxide and their mixed solvents) on mycelial growth of seven fungi was determined by agar dilution method.The results showed that acetone, dimethyl sulfoxide and acetone (1: 1 by volume), the sensitivity of the same fungi to different solvents showed great difference. The same solvent had the same effect on the growth of different fungi.
