随着我国社会结构的不断变化以及社会经济的快速发展,新闻媒体在国家发展中的重要作用日益凸显,从而对新闻提出了更加严格的要求。而播音主持者在新闻媒体结构中扮演着信息传播的角色,应该具备良好的职业技能。因此,本文详细地阐述了基层播音主持者职业技能培养的要求及其所需具备的职业素养,并提出相应的培养途径,以期提高基层播音主持者的职业技能。
With the continuous changes in the social structure of our country and the rapid development of the social economy, the important role of the news media in the development of the country has become increasingly prominent, thereby placing more stringent demands on the news. The broadcast host in the news media structure plays the role of information dissemination, should have good professional skills. Therefore, this article elaborates on the requirements of the vocational training of grass-roots broadcasting presenters and the vocational qualifications they need, and puts forward corresponding training methods in order to improve the vocational skills of the grassroots broadcasting presenters.
