目的:研究葡萄柚漱口液对变异链球菌的抗菌活性,初步探讨其抗菌机制。方法:采用液体稀释法测定葡萄柚漱口液对变异链球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC);同时扫描电镜下观察葡萄柚漱口液对变异链球菌细胞壁的影响。结果:葡萄柚漱口液对变异链球菌的MIC为46.875 mg/L,MBC为93.75 mg/L。扫描电镜观察显示,葡萄柚漱口液处理后的变异链球菌出现细胞壁破裂,内容物溢出。结论:葡萄柚漱口液对体外培养的变异链球菌有明显的抑制和杀灭作用,其抑制机制可能与葡萄柚提取物破坏细胞壁结构的完整性有关。
Objective: To study the antibacterial activity of grapefruit gargle against Streptococcus mutans and to explore its antibacterial mechanism. Methods: The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of grapefruit gargle against Streptococcus mutans were determined by liquid dilution method. Meanwhile, the effect of grapefruit gargle on the cell wall of Streptococcus mutans was observed under scanning electron microscope. Results: The MIC of grapefruit gargle against Streptococcus mutans was 46.875 mg / L and MBC was 93.75 mg / L. Scanning electron microscopy showed that the streptococcus mutans treated with grapefruit mouthwash appeared cell wall rupture, the contents overflow. Conclusion: Grapefruit mouthwash can significantly inhibit and kill Streptococcus mutans cultured in vitro, and its inhibitory mechanism may be related to the integrity of cell wall structure destroyed by grapefruit extract.
