目的对军事演习前后部队官兵血清胃动素(motilin,MTL)和胆囊收缩素(cholecystokinin,CCK)的水平进行检测,为军事应激所致的上消化道动力异常提供病理生理依据。方法采用酶联免疫法检测某部60名官兵军事演习前后血清MTL和CCK的水平。结果军事演习后官兵血清中MTL和CCK的含量均明显高于演习前(P<0.01)。结论 MTL和CCK在军事应激所致的上消化道动力异常的发生中发挥作用。监测血清MTL和CCK的水平有助于判断军事应激所致上消化道动力异常的严重程度及治疗效果。
Objective To detect the levels of motilin (MTL) and cholecystokinin (CCK) in military officers and soldiers before and after the military exercise, and provide the pathophysiological basis for the abnormal upper gastrointestinal motility induced by military stress. Methods Serum levels of MTL and CCK were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay before and after the military exercise of some 60 officers and men. Results The contents of MTL and CCK in serum of officers and soldiers after military exercises were significantly higher than those before exercise (P <0.01). Conclusion MTL and CCK play a role in the occurrence of abnormal upper gastrointestinal motility induced by military stress. Monitoring the serum levels of MTL and CCK can help determine the severity of the upper gastrointestinal motility abnormalities caused by military stress and the therapeutic effect.
