为弄清早稻病草回田与不回田两种处理,对病草中稻瘟病菌存活力的影响,作为闽北地区推广稻草回田可以灭菌防病的科学依据.作者进行了如下观察试验:一、稻草堆表面病草中稻瘟病菌存活的时间一九七四年七月二十六日,选发病不久比较新鲜的病穗,剪取长约2寸左右的病穗颈及主轴,每10~20根用纱线捆成病革束,分别放在田间的草堆表面和实验室内,八月五日取回两束,用清水洗净后置培养皿中,在28℃下保湿培养48小时,镜检病草上孢子产生情况,结果草堆表面和室内病草上的病菌存活率均为100%;九月十七日检查,两处病草上的病菌存
