经交通部批准,我校成人学历教育于1993年开始举办。当年开设了汽车运用技术、公路与城市道路工程两个专业,从1994年开始又增加交通运输管理、工程机械制造与维修和会计等三个专业。到1995年在籍学员已达757人,其中函授学员423人,脱产学员334人。“九五”期间预计成人教育在校生将达1000—1400人,年招生量300—400人。 我校举办成人专科教育虽然仅有三年的历史,但早在1963年就曾举办过中专函授教育,同时受到山东省交通厅委托承办了吉林工业大学函授站。我校自1982年起承办了同济大学函授站,1983年起复办了吉林工大函授站,1987年起受交通部委托又承担了东北师大函授站的站务工作,1995年起承办了西安公路交通大学函授站。在多年承办函授站
Approved by the Ministry of Communications, adult education for our school started in 1993. In those days, we opened two major programs, namely, automobile application technology, highway construction and urban road construction. Since 1994, we have added three major programs, transportation management, construction machinery manufacturing and maintenance, and accounting. By 1995 there have been 757 students, of whom 423 are correspondence students and 334 are off-production students. During the “Ninth Five-Year” period, adult education is expected to reach 1,000-1400 students, with an annual enrollment of 300-400.
