一、引言摆线针轮行星传动是在国内外受到普遍重视的一种具有很多优点的新型减速机构。摆线轮的齿形修正量(包括移距、等距、转角三种修正量)是影响这种传动性能的重要参数。有些国家(例如日本)对这些参数选择得比较成功,但都处于保密之列。为了探索、学习和总结国内外先进经验,便于对摆线轮齿形的修正方式及修正量进行深入研究,制定我国的摆线轮齿形修正量的规范,本文运用最优化方法解决了齿形修正量的搜寻问题,并且提供一个计算机程序。
I. Introduction Cycloid pinion planetary transmission is a new type of deceleration mechanism that has many advantages both at home and abroad, which have received universal attention. Toothed wheel tooth correction (including the distance, equidistance, corner three correction) is an important parameter affecting the transmission performance. Some countries, such as Japan, have opted for these parameters more successfully, but all are kept confidential.
