电击的方法消除心律失常,称为电复律。现已成为抢救与治疗快速性心律失常的有效工具。电复律具有安全、简便,疗效迅速,副作用小,而且已经积累了丰富的经验,特别在抢救致命性的室颤以及同药物联合治疗其它心律失常均显示出优越性。
