随着我国新一轮司法体制改革的不断深入,检察官的职业化进程正稳步推进,检察官职业伦理的问题研究自然也不容回避。借鉴发达国家较为成熟的职业伦理经验来构建和完善我国检察官职业伦理制度,不失为一种良好的研究路径。本文即以美国检察官职业伦理为研究对象,通过对该国检察官职业伦理的创立价值、养成方式和规范体系的梳理,发现其中值得借鉴和参考的有益经验,为我国检察官职业伦理规范的建设和完善提供一些思路和方法。
