偏振膜是高功率激光系统中重要的光学薄膜之一,也是损耗最大的光学薄膜之一,其激光损伤问题一直是限制激光系统向高功率、大能量方向发展的瓶颈之一。研制光学性能优良且具有高损伤阈值的偏振膜,具有重要的现实意义。结合课题小组和国内外同行的研究成果,介绍了激光偏振膜的研究进展,着重总结了偏振膜的优化设计、制备技术以及激光损伤阈值、形貌、成因等方面的研究成果,并展望了未来进一步提高激光偏振膜性能的可能性和有效途径。
Polarizing film is one of the most important optical films in high-power laser system and one of the most lossy optical films. The laser damage has always been one of the bottlenecks that limit the development of high-power and high-energy laser systems. The development of excellent optical properties and high damage threshold of the polarizing film has important practical significance. The research progress of laser polarizing film is introduced with the research group of the research group and domestic and foreign counterparts. The optimization design of polarizing film, preparation technology, laser damage threshold, morphology and genesis are summarized. Possibilities and effective ways to further improve the performance of laser polarizing film.
