分析了我国城市灾害特点及规律,以“北京城市居民危机意识社会调查”分析为例,说明北京市民对灾害的应对能力不强,难以适应“平安北京,安全奥运”的要求。为此,集中研讨并提出了有助于提高城市公众安全文化教育的方法及对策。
This paper analyzes the characteristics and laws of urban disasters in our country. Taking the analysis of “Social Survey on Crisis Consciousness of Beijing Urban Residents” as an example, it shows that Beijing citizens’ ability to cope with disasters is not strong and it is hard to adapt to the requirements of “Safe Beijing, Safe Olympics”. To this end, focus on discussing and proposing ways and measures to help improve the urban public safety and cultural education.
