我们于1995年5月～1999年5月应用小剂量尿激酶静脉滴注治疗急性脑梗死108例,取得了满意疗效,现报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组108例,符合下列条件:①年龄<80岁;②血压低于202/105 mmHg;③经头颅CT证实排除脑出血;④无凝血机能障碍及出血性疾病史;⑤无严重的心、肝、肺、肾功能不全;③发病6～12小时内;③有确切的、持续的神经系统定位体征,神经功能缺损评分>16分;③符合全国第二届脑血管病会议第三次修订的诊断标准[1]。将入选病例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组56例,男38例,女18例;年龄53～76岁,平均年龄62.5岁;入院时间6～11小时,平均
