用铸造方法生产耐高温并有一定真空度要求的耐热钢炉用铸件,代替相同材质的板材组焊件,这是一种新的尝试。铸造蒸馏缸选用的材质为ZG10Cr25Ni20,铸件的壁厚比板材件增加0.5倍,使用寿命增加了3~4倍。本文介绍了蒸馏缸的铸造技术及其优越性。
It is a new attempt to produce castings for heat-resistant steel furnaces that are resistant to high temperatures and require a certain degree of vacuum by means of a casting method instead of the same group of sheet metal weldments. Casting distillation cylinder selection of materials for the ZG10Cr25Ni20, castings wall thickness increased 0.5 times than the plate, the service life increased by 3 to 4 times. This article describes the distillation cylinder casting technology and its superiority.
