当前,进一步健全我国的经济法制建设,应重点抓好以下八个方面的工作.一、健全法人法律制度.企业作为一个具有权利和义务的法人,现已无疑义,但关于法人的法律制度在我国至今还很不完善,如有关企业自主权的规定,有关法人的权利义务的规定不系统、不明确、不具体,法人的权利受到侵犯时不能得到追究,法人的义务不履行给国家和社会造成了损失也不能负相应的责任;有些法规对企业的权利义务
