肠梗阻是一种病情危重、发展迅猛的常见急腹症,特别是急性绞窄性肠梗阻更为凶险。引起急性肠梗阻的主要3种病因是粘连、腹外疝和肿瘤,肿瘤引起的肠梗阻多在大肠,很少累及小肠,腹外疝引起的肠梗阻已明显降低,粘连性肠梗阻则因腹部手术的增多已逐步成为肠梗阻的最常见原因。而妊娠晚期粘连性肠梗阻是一特殊类型,文献报道不多,现将我院1990～2010年收治的12例报告如下。
