患者男,21岁。因复发性阿弗它性溃疡到本科门诊就诊,随给予土霉索0.54次/日,VitB_2 10mg3次/日,VitC0.2 3次/日,左旋咪唑50mg 3次/日,局部用珠黄散外敷。当天中午服药,下午3时感全身燥热,病损区疼痛加剧,约6时服第2次药,服药后2h感到口内有腥味,吐出鲜血、面、颈、肢、会阴及四肢伸侧可见有红斑,2h后到本科急诊。检查:T38.5℃,头、面、颈、股、会阴及四肢伸侧可见褐色斑且散在分布大小不等的疱疹,唇部肿胀溃烂,口
