近年来,在运用药物和植入式心脏电器械治疗慢性心力衰竭的同时,心脏远程监测已经成为其治疗的一个新方向。研究证明心脏远程监测的应用明显降低了慢性心力衰竭患者的病死率和住院率,同时又有利于患者生活质量的改善。现主要介绍心脏远程监测系统的监测范围和实用技术以及其在普通慢性心力衰竭患者和植入心脏电器械患者中的临床应用和研究现状。
In recent years, the use of drugs and implantable cardiac devices in the treatment of chronic heart failure, heart remote monitoring has become a new direction of its treatment. Research shows that the application of remote heart monitoring significantly reduces the mortality and hospitalization rate in patients with chronic heart failure, while helping to improve the quality of life of patients. Now mainly introduces the monitoring range and practical technology of the remote monitoring system of heart and its clinical application and research status in patients with chronic heart failure and implanted cardiac electrical apparatus.
