随着新农村建设重大措施的实施,财政和政府部门将会有大量资金和物资投入到农村。如何管好用好这些资金和物资,既是一个经济问题,也是一个社会问题。解决村级财务工作中存在的问题,构建和完善村级财务工作监督体系已成为新农村建设中亟需解决的重要问题。本文对此进行了探讨。
With the implementation of major measures for the construction of a new countryside, tremendous amounts of capital and supplies will be put into the rural areas by the financial and government departments. How to manage and make good use of these funds and supplies is not only an economic issue but also a social issue. To solve the existing problems in the village-level financial work and to construct and perfect the supervisory system of the village-level financial work have become important problems to be solved urgently in the new countryside construction. This article explores this.
