新学期开学,建水老年大学报名处排成长龙。其中,尤以报国标、交谊舞班的人数最多,开办时仅一个班,而今多达八个班,仍满足不了人们学习国标舞的需求。为什么国标舞会引起人们的广泛重视和积极参与?通过学习国标舞,我总结了以下几个原因。国标舞是愉悦心情的最好方式。牲音乐声中漫步,随着优美的旋律起舞,心灵的“天线”接收到的都是健康、快乐、美好的信号,使人忘掉烦恼,忘掉年华,忘掉功名利禄的诱惑,使人心胸拓展、情绪昂扬、生活充实、精神丰盈,尽情品味彩霞满天的生活乐趣。
