在营养液培养条件下,研究了硼钙水平对不同硼效率甘蓝型油菜品种硼钙营养的影响。结果表明,低硼、低钙时,油菜生长异常,增加硼、钙供应促进了油菜生长。加硼不仅提高了植株吸硼量,也促进了钙的吸收,并有利于钙向顶叶的分配;加钙促进了植株吸收钙,也增加了硼的吸收,并提高了硼在顶叶中的比例。硼钙的相互促进作用因品种和硼钙条件而异:硼利用效率低(对缺硼敏感)的品种在较高硼、较低钙的浓度范围内,而硼利用效率高(对缺硼不敏感)的品种在较低硼、较高钙的浓度范围内有相互促进作用;超出相应的浓度范围,两者则有相互抑制作用。不同硼效率油菜品种具有不同的钙营养适应性:硼效率低的品种,较耐高硼,对缺钙或钙过量都表现敏感;硼效率高的品种,不耐高硼,但对缺钙或钙过量有较强的适应性。
Under the conditions of nutrient solution culture, the effects of boron and calcium levels on the boron and calcium nutrition of Brassica napus cultivars with different boron efficiency were studied. The results showed that low boron and low calcium rape growth abnormalities increase boron and calcium supply to promote rape growth. Boron addition not only increased the amount of boron sorbed by plants, but also promoted the absorption of calcium and the distribution of calcium to the parietal lobe. Adding calcium promoted the absorption of calcium by plants and also increased the absorption of boron and increased boron in the parietal lobe proportion. The interaction between boron and calcium is dependent on the variety and boron and calcium conditions: the boron with low efficiency (sensitive to boron deficiency) is in the range of higher boron and lower calcium concentration, while boron is more efficient (for boron deficiency Sensitive) varieties in the lower boron, higher concentrations of calcium have a role in promoting each other; beyond the corresponding concentration range, the two have mutual inhibitory effect. Different boron efficiency rape varieties have different calcium nutrition adaptability: boron low efficiency varieties, more resistant to high boron, calcium or calcium overweight are sensitive; boron efficient varieties, not resistant to high boron, but calcium deficiency or Calcium excess has strong adaptability.
