通过求解三维Euler方程,并采用“混合平面”法处理动、静叶列间的参数传递和相互干扰问题,对多级透平内部三维无粘流场进行数值诊断。数值算例结果表明,该方法能够较为准确地预测出透平级的总性能参数及内部流场结构,对工程设计核算具有一定的意义。
By solving the three-dimensional Euler equation and using the “mixed plane” method to deal with the parameter transfer and mutual interference between the moving and stationary vanes, the three-dimensional viscous flow field in the multi-stage turbine is numerically diagnosed. Numerical examples show that this method can predict the overall performance parameters of the turbine stage and the internal flow field structure more accurately, which is of great significance to engineering design calculation.
