武汉港客运新站是国家“七五”期间投建的大型重点工程项目,设施先进,服务功能较完备。新站的建成和开通,为旅客运输提供了优质服务、优良秩序、优美的环境,在国内外旅客中赢得了较高的信誉,誉总站为“亚洲第一船”。在全国水运客运站检查评比中,总站获得“文明客运站”称号。 近几年来,武汉港客运总站之所以能取得一些成绩,主要是贯彻了专业化、多功能的指导方针。改革、开放,给客运企业走向市场的明确无误的导向或结论就是,客运工作要适应社会经济发展的需要,必须在客运的专业方向上下功夫,应该在客运的多功能方向上有所作为,否则就难以起到国民经济的“先行官”和社会“窗口”的作用。基于此,我们主要围绕以下四个方面去努力: 第一,突出旅客运输的服务宗旨,深化对“以客为主”的指导方针的认识。 旅客运输因地域的不同,需对社会经济和社会发
The new passenger terminal of Wuhan Port is a large-scale key project invested by the state during the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” period with advanced facilities and complete service functions. The direction and conclusion of reform and opening up to the arrival of the passenger transport enterprises in the market are that the passenger transport work must meet the needs of social and economic development and must work hard in the professional direction of passenger transport and should make its difference in the multifunctional direction of passenger transport.
