本文叙述了国内外发展 MgO—CaO 系耐火原料生产工艺的三个方面:1、对新工艺进行分类,并作概略评述。2、生产工艺达到的四个主要目的,即提高纯度、活性烧结、调整成份和达到直接接合的显微组织,并列表说明采取的方法。3、我国发展 MgO—CaO 系耐火原料的现状和对今后的发展的初步看法,认为近年来发展的“二步煅烧白云石”技术,应首先得到重视和推广。
This article describes the domestic and foreign development of MgO-CaO refractory three aspects of the production process: 1, the classification of the new process, and make a general review. 2, the production process to achieve the four main objectives, namely, to improve purity, activity sintering, adjust the composition and achieve direct bonding of the microstructure, and a list of ways to take. 3, China’s development of MgO-CaO refractory raw materials and the status quo for the future development of the initial view that the development in recent years, “two calcined dolomite” technology, should first of all be valued and promoted.
