报告临床对照试验口服活血素(vasobral)2 ml,每日两次连服90天,治疗脑血管病后遗认识和记忆障碍。显示无论从 MMSE 评分绝对增长值,还是以改善程度的百分率进行评价,治疗组皆明显优于对照组,其差别有显著性统计学意义(P<0.01),说明活血素有改善脑血管病后遗认识功能缺损的疗效,且无严重副作用。
