本文以通过焊接熔池中心的红外扫描横向温度场为根据,提出了一种新颖的焊缝熔宽动态实时检测装置,其检测数据可通过显示、打印系统,进行监视、记录,亦可直接送入微型计算机实现熔宽自适应控制。
In this paper, based on the infrared scanning transverse temperature field of welding pool center, a novel dynamic real-time detection device for weld bead melting width is proposed. The detection data can be monitored and recorded through the display and printing system. Into the microcomputer to achieve melt-width adaptive control.
