目的探讨多曲方丝弓联合直丝弓矫治器矫治骨性安氏Ⅲ类错牙合的临床效果。方法恒牙期骨性安氏Ⅲ类错牙合9例,采用多曲方丝弓技术联合直丝弓矫治器矫治,矫治至前牙反牙合解除,尖牙磨牙为中性关系,治疗前、后拍摄头颅侧位定位片,进行X线头影测量分析,治疗前、后取模,并进行模型分析。结果矫治后UI-LI、FH-MP、OP-MP、FMIA、OB、OJ、OP-MP、UL-SnPg距LL-SnPg距二者差值较矫治前增大(P<0.01),LI-NB、IMPA、LI-MP、较矫治前减少(P<0.01);矫治前、后FMA、APDI、PG-NB、Yaxis、ODI、SNA、SNB比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);颌骨基本无变化。结论在直丝弓矫治器中使用多曲方丝弓技术矫治骨性安氏Ⅲ类错牙合效果明显。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of multi-curved wire arch combined with straight wire appliance in the treatment of skeletal class III malocclusion. Methods Nine cases of permanent malocclusion of Class Ⅲ with malocclusion were treated with multi-flexion silk arch technique combined with straight wire appliance. The anterior teeth were treated by anti-orthodontic treatment. The canine molar was neutral. Before treatment After the shooting of the cranial lateral positioning film, X-ray cephalometric analysis, pre-treatment and post-treatment, and model analysis. Results The difference between LL-SnPg¡ and UI-LI, FH-MP, OP-MP, FMIA, OB, OJ, OP-MP and UL-SnPg was longer than that before treatment (P <0.01) LI-NB, IMPA and LI-MP decreased compared with before treatment (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in FMA, APDI, PG-NB, Yaxis, ODI, ; Jaw bone basically no change. Conclusion The treatment of skeletal class III malocclusion with multiple curvature arch wire technique in straight wire appliance is effective.
