The rhetorical implication is that everything is moving and everything is changing. Although Newton first studied the movement of viscous fluids, the real pioneer of rheology is Newton’s many later scholars, such as: Kelvin, CMaxwell, L.Boltzmann, W. Thomson, M. Reiner et al. Rheology studies the flow and deformation of matter based on stress, strain and time. An emerging edge discipline, involving various disciplines and departments such as mathematics, mechanics, physical physics, chemistry, biology, medicine, petroleum, metallurgy, geology, and mechanical engineering, has a wide range of applications in the development of the national economy. For example, Due to the lack of high-performance drilling mud in oil drilling, the annual footage of a drilling rig in China is only 7 kilometers (US is 30,000 meters), and the oil well presses in 3 cubic meters per minute (the United States has 10 cubic meters).
