患儿,女、12岁,兰州市郊区人。住院号:102250;因自觉乏力,进食少,心悸,活动时“出长气”二十余天,来儿科住院。既往身体健康,仅在入院前二个月学校健康检查时,发现“心律不齐”,续继上学。体格检查:体温36.7℃、脉搏66次/分、血压110/75mmHg、发育正常、营养中等。体重35Kg、精神不振、呈慢性病容。两肺呼吸音清晰、心率66次/分,心音低钝、节律不齐,早搏15～40次/分,各瓣膜区未闻及杂音、心界轻度扩大,腹平软、肝脾未触及、四肢脊柱活动自如,肢体末端无紫绀。
