各区县国土资源和房屋管理局、各区县直管公房经营管理单位: 为充分发挥公有住房的使用效益,规范和搞活房地产市场,经研究决定,自2003年1月1日起,在全市范围内开展直管公有住房使用权(以下简称“公房使用权”)交易试点工作。现就试点工作中的有关问题通知如下: 一、公房使用权交易的适用范围:除按照北京市住房制度改革有关规定可以向承租人出售的公有住房外,包括平房、筒子楼、简易楼等其它直管公有住房均可上市进行交易。
