观察谷氨酸单钠(MSG)对大鼠肾上腺酶和脂类的影响。动物分为新生期(11d)、青春期(52d)、成年期(100d)3组。用酶组织化学方法显示琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、3β羟甾脱氢酶(3βHSDH)、葡萄糖6磷酸酶(G6Pase)、葡萄糖6磷酸脱氢酶(G6PDH)、非特异性酯酶(NsE)、三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase),用油红O法显示脂类。用半定量和显微分光光度计进行定量测定。结果:11d,MSG组上述指标高于对照组;而52d和100d,MSG组的LDH高于对照组,其他指标都低于对照组
To observe the effects of monosodium glutamate (MSG) on adrenal enzymes and lipids in rats. The animals were divided into three groups: neonatal (11d), adolescent (52d), adult (100d). The enzyme histochemical method showed that succinate dehydrogenase (SDH), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), 3 βhydroxy steroid dehydrogenase (3 β HSDH), glucose 6 phosphatase (G 6 Pase), glucose 6phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH), nonspecific esterase (NsE), ATPase (ATPase), with oil red O method shows lipids. Quantitative determination with semi-quantitative and micro-spectrophotometer. Results: On the 11th day, the above indexes in MSG group were higher than those in control group; while the LDH levels in MSG group on 52d and 100d were lower than those in control group, while those in other groups were lower than those in control group
