“十一五”期间,云南经济社会发展的主要目标为, 在优化结构、提高效益和降低消耗的基础上,到2010年, 人均生产总值比2000年翻一番;全省生产总值年均增长 8．5％以上,综合实力明显增强;经济增长方式转变取得进展,单位生产总值能源消耗比“十五”期末降低12％以上,生态环境恶化趋势得到遏制,可持续发展能力进
During the 11th Five-Year Plan period, the main objective of Yunnan’s economic and social development is to double its per capita GDP over the year 2000 on the basis of optimizing structure, improving efficiency and reducing consumption. By 2010, the GDP of the province All increased by more than 8.5%, the overall strength was obviously enhanced. Progress has been made in transforming the mode of economic growth. The energy consumption per unit of GDP has been reduced by more than 12% from the end of the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” period. The deteriorating trend of the ecological environment has been deterred.
