天然药物化学成分复杂,要获得高纯度的单一化合物或新化合物,常需要综合地利用各种溶剂提取法及层析方法。本文根据天然药物中亲水性强极性化学成分的特性,归纳各种分离纯化亲水性、强极性成分的层析方法,包括亲水作用色谱、正相色谱、反相色谱、凝胶过滤色谱及其各种层析方法的综合使用,以期有助于系统、快速、有效的提取、制备天然药物中的化学成分。
The chemical composition of natural medicine is complex. To obtain a single compound or a new compound with high purity, it is often necessary to comprehensively utilize various solvent extraction methods and chromatographic methods. In this paper, based on the characteristics of the hydrophilicity and strong polar chemical components in natural medicine, various chromatographic methods for separation and purification of hydrophilic and strong polar components are summarized, including hydrophilic interaction chromatography, normal phase chromatography, reversed phase chromatography, gel Filter chromatography and a variety of chromatographic methods used in combination, with a view to help system, rapid and effective extraction, preparation of natural medicine in the chemical composition.
