报道用超临界流体提取(SFE)和毛细管柱超临界流体色谱法(SFC),测定微量前列腺素(PG)。不需要浓缩和衍生化,用二氧化碳作移动相,火焰离子检测器,在恒温下,用密度梯度程序,35min 内有效分离11个标准PG 类化合物,按出峰先后顺序为:(1)9,11,15-三乙酸基 PGF_(2α)甲酯,(2)11-脱氧-16-二甲基 PGE_2异丙酯,(3)15-脱氧-13,14-二氢 PGF_(1α)异丙酯,(4)15-丙酸PGR_(2α)异丙酯,(5)13,14-二氢 PGF_(1α)异丙酯,(6)PGF_(2α)异丙酯,(7)PGF_(2α)甲酯,(8)15-pivaloate PGF_(2α)苄酯,(9)PGF_(2α)乙醇,(10)PGF_(2α)苄酯,(11)PGF_(2α)。直接进样法,最小检出量为9~60ng,相对标准差
Reported the use of supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) and capillary column supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC), determination of trace prostaglandin (PG). Without concentration and derivatization, carbon dioxide is used as mobile phase and flame ionization detector. Eleven standard PG compounds are effectively separated within 35 min by using a temperature gradient program at constant temperature. The order of the peaks is: (1) 9, Triacetoxy PGF_ (2α) methyl ester, (2) 11-deoxy-16-dimethyl PGE_2 isopropyl ester, (3) 15-deoxy-13,14- (4) 15-propionic acid PGR 2α isopropyl ester, 5,14,14-dihydro-PGF 1α isopropyl ester, 6 PGF 2α isopropyl ester, 7 PGF_ (2α) 2α) methyl ester, (8) 15-pivaloate PGF_ (2α) benzyl ester, (9) PGF_ (2α) ethanol, (10) PGF_ (2α) benzyl ester, and (11) PGF_ (2α).
