在国有企业深化改革,实行两个根本转变的过程中,产业结构和人员结构调整的任务相当繁重。企业破产、兼并、重组以及人员流动,职工下岗分流再就业势在必行:建设再就业工程、支持国有企业职工下岗分流、减员增效,也是党中央深化改革的既定国策。在推进再就业工程建设中,工会怎样坚定不移地支持推进改革?怎样坚定不移地维护职工经济利益?为把两者有机地结合起来,普陀区各级工会在这方面作了一些探索,并在私营企业解决再就业上取得一定进展。
