2001年11月23日,上海市公共行政管理教学研究会换届大会在上海行政学院举行。会议总结了前一阶段工作,选举产生了新一届领导班子,部署了今后研究会的工作重点。上海行政学院副院长、李琪教授当选为理事长,竺乾威等14人为副理事长,秘书长由副理事长陈奇星兼任。会议决定,进一步加强对公共行政学课程体系和教学方法的探讨、交流,不断改进公共行政学的教学质量和教学效果。在教材建设方面,发挥协作精神,编辑出版公务员培训方面的书
November 23, 2001, Shanghai Public Administration Teaching Research Conference was held in Shanghai Administration Institute. The meeting summed up the work in the previous phase, elected the new leadership and deployed the focus of future research meetings. Vice President of Shanghai Institute of Administration, Professor Li Qi was elected as chairman, Zhu Qianwei and other 14 people as vice chairman, Secretary-General Chen Qixing, vice president. The meeting decided to further strengthen the study and exchange of curriculum system and teaching methods of public administration, and continuously improve the teaching quality and teaching effect of public administration.
