采用24小时无创伤性全自动动态血压记录仪,对急性脑卒中患者的血压昼夜节律进行观察。受试对象,脑出血107例,脑梗塞90例,高血压107例。结果表明,(1)脑出血与脑梗塞的血压昼夜节律明显消失或减弱,收缩压(SBP)与舒张压(DBP)夜间下降值均明显小于高血压组,夜间下降率小于10%者明显高于高血压组(P<0.01)。(2)高血压与脑卒中昼夜的波动规律明显不同,前者呈双峰双谷型。日间血压上升,夜间血压下降趋势。后者的峰谷消失,两组最高峰相比无差异(P>0.05),夜间低谷差异显著(P<0.01)。
A 24-hour noninvasive, automated, ambulatory blood pressure recorder was used to observe circadian rhythm of blood pressure in patients with acute stroke. Subjects, 107 cases of cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction in 90 cases, 107 cases of hypertension. The results showed that: (1) Circadian rhythm of blood pressure in cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction disappeared or weakened significantly, SBP and DBP decreased significantly at night, and the rate of decline at night was significantly lower than 10% In hypertension group (P <0.01). (2) Fluctuation law of hypertension and stroke is obviously different from day to night, the former is bimodal double valley type. Daytime blood pressure, nocturnal decline in blood pressure. The latter peaks and valleys disappear, there was no difference between the two peaks (P> 0.05), night trough was significantly different (P <0.01).
