一、内容与特点 红外诊断技术是通过对设备红外辐射的检测,实现对设备热状态异常和过热故障的诊断。其主要内容如下: 1.定时或连续测定设备上特定表面范围内的温度或温度变化的情况,实现无接触测温。 2.普查设备上可能存在的热状态异常和潜伏的热故障点,实现设备大范围、高效率的在线简易诊断。 3.对设备热状态进行精确的、大量的数据采集、实时处理、计算机分析和资料存贮,实现设备热特性的精密诊断。 红外诊断技术与其它诊断技术及常规测温技术相比较,具有以下的特点:
