随着超声微泡造影剂制备技术的提高,以及对肾间质纤维化分子机制的进一步深入研究,微泡介导基因抑制肾间质纤维化已取得了一定成效,且比其他基因转染方法更为高效和安全。本文就超声微泡携相关基因抗肾间质纤维化的研究进展进行综述。
