枫泾第一中心小学设在枫泾镇上。去年暑假中,该校在枫泾镇上的一部分毕业生没有考取中学,暂时又缺乏生产条件,学校老师在上级的指示下把他们组织起来自学。本文准备介绍一下该校将近一年来的自学辅导工作的情况、收获和问题,以供大家参考。该校近一年来的自学辅导工作,是分下列二个阶段来进行的。第一个阶段,是去年下半年,学校配合镇政府把这些暂时没有生产条件的学生吸收到镇上的群众夜校中去。在事先,学校与镇政府专门召开了会议,对他们进行自学动员,教育他们认识在家自学也有光明的前途,结果有四十八个高小毕业生报了名,专门成立一班,与群众夜校的学员一起在晚上学习。学习内容是国、算、常,采用上海市编的自学讲义,每周并有二小时的时政报告或读报,一小时文娱。教师是由镇政府聘请的初
