矽肺的治疗问题国内外至今尚未解决,目 前正从多方面进行探讨。本刊编辑部在近期内 收到了周泽深,徐魁震、凌乃鸿等几位医师来 稿,介绍有关矽肺治疗方面的经验,现摘要介 绍,供读者参考。 上海市劳动卫生研究所周泽深等报道了采 用国产重均分子量2.32万的克矽平静脉注射, 治疗9例矽肺病人四年的临床观察结果,3例 症状明显好转,X线胸片检查证实有延缓进展 的疗效。未见明显之毒副作用。
