就疾病预防控制机构建立数据共享平台的实证研究进行论述。疾病预防控制数据是一种可增值的科技资源,对科学地采取疾控策略具有重要作用。采用分级、编目、模板应用与数据加载方法,对浙江疾控数据整理得到578.67万条数据记录、1.88亿个数据的整理,并建立了系统数据库,共享数据库平台实现了数据从分散存放到系统管理,随着科学数据的不断积累,建立了一种海量数据管理与服务模式。
Discusses the empirical research on establishing a data sharing platform for disease prevention and control institutions. Disease prevention and control data is a kind of value-added scientific and technological resources, which plays an important role in scientifically adopting disease control strategies. Using classification, cataloging, template application and data loading method, we got 5,786,700 data records and 188,000,000 data records of Zhejiang CDC, and established a system database. The shared database platform has realized the data storage from decentralized storage to system management With the constant accumulation of scientific data, a massive data management and service model has been established.
