为了进行侧耳属种间原生质融合的研究就必须获得稳定的遗传标记菌株.在遗传标记菌株的筛选中,抗药性标记菌株要比营养缺陷型标记菌株的筛选快速、方便而实用.用抗药性标记菌株进行细胞融合,形成的融合子就会具有双重抗性标记.在生产上,这样的菌株除了能高产优质外,还会具有双重抗逆性.为此,我们对侧耳属两个种的原生质体分别进行了紫外线诱变,获得了两株抗多菌灵和一株抗丙硫咪唑的抗药性变菌株.
