目的对辖区旅客列车德国小蠊抗药性进行检测,寻找防治对策。方法原药采用世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐使用的药膜接触法,用KT50计算耐药系数。饵剂采用喂饲法,计算12 d死亡率。结果济南铁路地区旅客列车德国小蠊对药物的抗药系数分别为顺式氯氰菊酯7.37、高效氯氰菊酯1.01、高效氯氟氰菊酯2.37、残杀威1.12;2%氟蚁腙杀蟑胶饵、0.05%氟虫腈杀蟑胶饵和1.5%乙酰甲胺磷杀蟑胶饵敏感和野外品系12 d死亡率无差异,提示对3种胶饵未产生耐药性。结论济南铁路地区旅客列车德国小蠊对顺式氯氰菊酯和高效氯氟氰菊酯产生了不同程度的耐药性。
Objective To test the resistance of Blattella germanica in passenger trains and find out the control strategy. Methods The original drug use the membrane contact method recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO), calculate the resistance coefficient with KT50. Bait using feeding method, calculate the 12 d mortality. Results The drug resistance coefficients of Blattella germanica to passenger trains in Jinan Railway were 7.39 for cypermethrin, 1.01 for cypermethrin, 2.37 for cyhalothrin, 1.12 for propoxur, 2% Fipronil kill cockroach gel and 1.5% acephate kill cockroach gel bait sensitivity and field strains 12 d no difference in mortality, suggesting no resistance to the three kinds of plastic bait. Conclusions The German cockroach, passenger train of Jinan Railway, has different degrees of resistance to cis-cypermethrin and lambda-cyhalothrin.
