本实验用 2 1例弓形虫病患儿的静脉血做豚鼠腹腔内注射接种 ,7日后分阶段取豚鼠耳静脉血查弓形虫DNA及弓形虫抗体IgG ,18例次 ,2 4只豚鼠获阳性结果 ,阳性率 85 7%。基本说明PCR技术作为对弓形虫病的诊断是可信的检验方法。PCR 弓形虫DNA阳性是确诊儿童弓形虫病的主要依据。
