2010年5月底财政部、国家发改委、工业和信息化部联合发布《“节能产品惠民工程”节能汽车推广实施细则》指出,排量在1.6升以下的车型将享受节能补贴,补助标准为3000元/辆,但首要条件是百公里油耗低于6.9升。截至2011年10月,相关部门共补贴汽车357万辆,中央财政累计安排补贴资金107亿元。
