随着油田的发展,修井作业任务日益增多,修井井架的立放和搬迁也越见频繁。过去我们一直用拖拉机、滚筒、吊车、平板车等立放或搬运井架,占用很多设备和劳力,不能适应形势的发展。我们在向兄弟单位学习的基础上,设计和改装成功了一台井架立放搬运车。该车可以独立地完成修井井架的竖立、放倒和搬运三项工作。通过现场使用,证明该车操作简便,安全可靠,效率提高一倍。减轻了劳动强度,受到广大修井工人的欢迎。
With the development of the oilfield, the workover work tasks are increasing, and the rigging and relocation of the derrick are also more and more frequent. In the past we have been using tractors, drums, cranes, flatbed trucks, etc. to put or handle derricks, taking up a lot of equipment and labor, and can not adapt to the development of the situation. Based on our study with our brothers, we successfully designed and converted a derrick and put a van in place. The car can independently complete the rig derrick erection, down and handling of the three tasks. Through on-site use, that the car is simple, safe and reliable, double the efficiency. Reduce labor intensity, welcomed by the majority of well workers.
