精子穿卵能力是受精过程中的重要环节,抗精子抗体的存在是否影响精子的穿卵能力十分引人关注。人们很早就开始关注抗精子抗体对生育能力的影响,并着手研究它对一些重要生育环节的可能影响。本文通过调节精子结合抗体的比例,观察抗精子抗体对精子穿透去透明带仓鼠卵能力的变化,研究其对精子穿卵能力的影响。
Sperm penetration ability of eggs is an important part of the process of fertilization, the presence of anti-sperm antibodies affect sperm penetration ability is very interesting. People have long been concerned about the impact of antisperm antibodies on fertility and have begun to investigate its possible impact on some important births. In this paper, by adjusting the proportion of sperm-binding antibodies, the anti-sperm antibodies were tested for their ability to penetrate the zona pellucida of the zona pellucida, and their effects on the ability of sperm to penetrate the eggs were investigated.
