介绍了南钢气保焊丝用钢ER70S-6热轧盘条的整个研究过程。通过工业化试验,分析了钢的化学成分、力学性能对钢材后续工艺及成品焊丝性能的影响,指出了钢的纯净度、微合金化处理是进一步提高气保焊丝焊接工艺性能的关键。
The whole research process of ER70S-6 hot-rolled steel rod for Nangang gas-shielded welding wire is introduced. The effects of the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the steel on the performance of the steel and the finished wire were analyzed by industrial tests. The purity of the steel was pointed out. Microalloying treatment is the key to further improve the welding performance of the gas-shielded wire.
