自噬是细胞对自身结构进行蛋白降解的一种方式。为从分子水平揭示细胞内部自噬调控机理 ,需研究该过程的各个环节。新近的研究 ,特别是近几年自噬基因的发现证实 ,蛋白磷酸化参与的自噬调控 ;自噬体膜的形成 ;微管系统传输自噬体以及自噬与凋亡的内在联系 ,都有分子水平的依据 ,这给更深入地研究自噬分子机理提供了重要的信息。
Autophagy is a way for cells to degrade their own structure. In order to reveal the regulation mechanism of intracellular autophagy from the molecular level, all aspects of the process need to be studied. Recent studies, in particular the discovery of autophagy genes in recent years, have confirmed the involvement of autophagy in autophosphorylation; the formation of autophagosome membranes; the transport of autophagosomes by microtubules and the intrinsic link between autophagy and apoptosis It is molecularly based and provides important insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying autophagy.
