失地农民生活保障和就业问题是我国工业化和城镇化进程中一个影响面非常广泛的社会问题,是需要重点关注和解决的民生问题。随着工业化、城镇化的大力推进,国家渝黔铁路、枧槽沟水库建设的加快,征地规模不断扩大,贵州息烽县永靖镇永红村失地农民逐年增加,失地农民的就业保障等问题成为社会关注的焦点。文章针对永红村失地农民在就业安置、就业培训、收入及社会保障等方面存在问题进行调查研究,并提出了相应的建议和对策。
The livelihood guarantee and employment of landless peasants is a social issue with a very broad impact in the process of industrialization and urbanization in our country and is a livelihood issue that needs to be focused and solved. With the industrialization and urbanization vigorously promoted, the construction of the national Yu-Qian Railway and Yingougou Reservoir has been accelerated and the scale of land expropriation has been expanding. The peasants losing their land in Yonghong Village, Yongjing Town, Xifeng County, Guizhou Province have been increasing year by year, and the employment security for land-lost peasants has been raised. The paper investigates the existing problems of landless peasants in Yonghong village in terms of employment placement, job training, income and social security, and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
